Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Premier Wake Forest Concrete & Masonry, wakeforestconcreteandmasonry.com, hello@wakeforestconcreteandmasonry.com
Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Premier Wake Forest Concrete & Masonry website and any estimate, scheduling or work you arrange with us through it. By using the site or booking work with us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
When we sign a written estimate or contract with you for a specific job, that document controls if it says something different from this page. These terms fill in anything the job paperwork doesn't address.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Wake Forest, NC, and we also do concrete work. That includes foundation, chimney and brick repair, tuckpointing, retaining walls, pavers, walkways, stone and veneer work, fireplaces and outdoor kitchens, in Wake Forest and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on our about page or browse our services from the home page.
What you read on this site is general information to help you understand the work. It isn't a promise about your specific job, because every wall, chimney and slab is different. Only a written estimate or contract for your property sets the scope of what we'll do.
Estimates and pricing
We give free estimates at your property, with no obligation to hire us. The estimate describes the work we expect to do, the materials, and the price based on what we can see and measure on that visit.
Masonry sometimes hides problems until it's opened up, such as rotted framing behind veneer, a cracked footing under a wall or damaged flue tile inside a chimney. If we find something like that, we stop, show you, and explain the options and the cost before doing extra work. We won't charge for changes you haven't approved.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, material prices can change, so we may need to update it before we schedule the job.
Scheduling, weather and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you, and we do our best to keep it. Mortar and concrete need the right conditions to cure, so rain, freezing temperatures or extreme heat can push a start date or pause a job. When that happens, we'll let you know as early as we can and reschedule at the next good opening.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please tell us as soon as possible by calling (984) 237-6028 or through our contact page. If we've already ordered special materials or started work for your job, your written estimate or contract explains what you'd owe for that. Nothing on this page takes away any cancellation right North Carolina law gives you.
Payment
Your written estimate or contract sets the price, any deposit, and when each payment is due. We'll tell you up front which payment methods we accept.
Payment is due when the agreed work is done, unless your paperwork sets a different schedule. If an invoice goes unpaid, we may pause further work and use the collection and lien rights North Carolina law allows.
Your part as the property owner
We ask you to give our crew safe access to the work area, tell us about anything we should know, such as buried lines, drainage problems or past repairs, and move vehicles and belongings out of the way. If a job needs a permit or approval from your city, county or homeowners association, we'll talk through who handles it before work begins.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We're licensed and fully insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something about our workmanship isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it and make it right. Any written warranty for your job will be spelled out in your estimate or contract.
Outside of that, the site and our services are provided as described, without other promises, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We don't cover damage from things outside our control, such as soil movement, settling, flooding, tree roots, freeze damage, other contractors' work, misuse, or problems in parts of the house we didn't work on. Natural stone and brick vary in color and texture, and new mortar can look different from old mortar while it weathers in.
Limits on our liability
To the extent North Carolina law allows, Premier Wake Forest Concrete & Masonry isn't responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of a space or lost income. Our total responsibility for any claim tied to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We aren't responsible for how you use the general information on this website. Please talk with us before relying on it for decisions about your own property.
Settling a disagreement
If something goes wrong, please call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we're standing at the job together.
If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. Either of us can still bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any lawsuit about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Changes won't affect a job already covered by a signed estimate or contract unless we both agree in writing.
If you have a question about any of this, call (984) 237-6028, any day from 7 AM to 10 PM, or reach us through the contact page.
