Who we are and what this policy covers
Premier Wake Forest Concrete & Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Wake Forest, NC, doing masonry and concrete work at homes in Wake Forest and the cities around it. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
It applies to our home page and every other page on this site, and to the information you share with us while we plan and do work at your house. You can learn more about who we are on our About page.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, call us at (984) 237-6028 or email us, we collect what you choose to tell us. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and a description of the job, such as a cracked foundation wall, a leaning retaining wall or a chimney that needs repointing.
You may also send us photos of the work area. Those help us understand the job before we come out, so please leave out anything in the frame you'd rather we not see.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, Tally, so what you type into it passes through that service on its way to us. We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through the website.
Information collected automatically, including cookies and analytics
Like most websites, ours can collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address. We use this to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that don't work well on a phone.
This information can be gathered with cookies, which are small files your browser stores, and with analytics tools run by outside providers. Those providers may set their own cookies and handle the data under their own privacy policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work for reading and for contacting us if you do.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, schedule a free estimate at your property, prepare a quote, do the work and follow up afterward. We may also use it to keep records of the job, so if you call us about the same wall or walkway later, we know what was done.
We use website data to understand how people use the site and to improve it. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to other businesses for their marketing.
When we share information
We share information only when it's needed to run the business or do your job. That includes the services that host our website, run our contact form and provide analytics, and suppliers or subcontractors who need a delivery address or job details to do their part.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to answer a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, our crew or our customers. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records could pass to the new owner, who would be expected to keep using them in line with this policy.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact and job information for as long as we need it to answer you, finish the work, stand behind it and keep the business records we're required to keep. Inquiries that don't turn into a job are usually deleted once they're no longer useful to us.
Website analytics data is kept for the period the analytics provider's settings allow. Once we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for a legal reason or to finish work you've asked for, and if so we'll tell you what we're keeping and why.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll take you off our list. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights under state law, and we'll honor those requests as the law requires.
How we protect your information
We limit who can see customer information to the people who need it to do the job, and we use reputable services to host the site and receive form messages. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send us anything through the site you wouldn't want sent over the internet.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the way we work changes. The current version will always be on this page, and if a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about this policy, want to see or delete your information, or have a concern about how we've handled it, reach out through our Contact page or call us at (984) 237-6028. We're available Monday through Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM.
Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you. We reply within 1 business day, and if we need to confirm who you are before making a change, we'll explain what we need.
